Discover Asahi Masters of Super Dry

Asahi Masters of Super Dry brings the world-famous Japanese craft, attention to detail, and pursuit of perfection to venues throughout Australia.

The key to Masters of Super Dry is a perfectly crafted, two-part pour that delivers the Asahi golden ratio. 80% beer. 20% foam. First, we hold the glass at 45° and pull the lever back to fill it with refreshingly crisp Asahi Super Dry. Second, we straighten the glass and bring it just 1cm above the beer’s surface, so as to not agitate it. Then, we push the lever forward to add foam, guaranteeing the perfect pour every time. The dense, creamy foam locks in the carbonation, keeping the beer crisp and fresh.

Masters of Super Dry also aims to create a fully enhanced experience. Each of our venues will also have everything required to transport people into their own slice of Japan. From specially designed Asahi Super Dry glassware and glowing neon kanji, down to Asahi bar blades and coasters. It’s this attention to detail that makes our Masters of Super Dry a step above the rest.

Every Masters of Super Dry bartender is trained in providing exceptional customer service, as well as delivering the perfect two-part pour, ensuring you can enjoy Asahi Super Dry at the highest standard every time.

Perfect Pour
VS
Incorrect Pour

An incorrectly poured Asahi Super Dry allows the carbonation to escape, negatively affecting the flavour. That’s because our unique Asahi Super Dry taste comes from higher levels of CO2. To enjoy the full Super Dry experience, we pour with intent. Carefully avoiding agitating the beer before locking the carbonation inside with dense, creamy foam.
